You can apply Shutran™ essential oil blend topically without dilution unless your skin is highly sensitive. As always, first up do a small patch test on the inside of your arm to determine this.
Apply it as you would a cologne, behind your ears and on your neck. It’s also very empowering and confidence-boosting to apply it over your heart, on your wrists and on the soles of your feet. ESSENTIAL OIL USAGE TIP: The soles of your feet are a fantastic place to apply essential oils. The skin there is least sensitive and if you’ve ever had a reflexology session, you’ll be aware of that philosophy of energy points on the feet corresponding with places throughout the body. So it makes sense to apply essential oils over the entire soles of your feet so they’ll spread their benefits around.
