“I’ve had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.” Mark Twain
(Companion oil: Young Living White Angelica™)
It’s been an interesting time in Brisbane during the lead-up to the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
How lucky that Young Living makes an oil for every kind of feeling we could want help with, whether fostering a positive one or vamoosing a negative one. In chatting with people and listening to the news (now there’s a way to make your feel good vibe take a nose dive), I have to say the mood has been light on chirpiness and heavy on irritation with the disruptions.
Then there are the safety concerns. It’s easy for the intensively ramped up security measures to generate some level of apprehension and nervousness. If like me, you’re attuned to the notion of attracting whatever we focus on, you don’t want to dwell on the risks the collective power of visiting powerhouses could bring.
And if you were a fly on the wall, imagine the differences of opinion that might be colliding amongst the various agendas of said dignitaries during G20 discussions.
All in all, we need an essential oil to ride into town on its white horse, neutralise negative energies and accentuate the positive! Something to strengthen your aura to bring a renewed sense of strength and protection. Young Living White Angelica™ is built for instances such as this.
And it’s the ultimate in low-maintenance white horses, requiring no hay, no carrots and no mucking out the stable. (Or building a stable!) All you need do is open the bottle, apply a few drops to the palms of your hands, smooth together and inhale, then apply to your shoulders. Other calming places to apply are the crown of your head, your wrist and behind your ears.
White Angelica™ combines oils used in ancient times for fortifying the body’s aura. Some are both uplifting and calming, like bergamot (furocoumarin-free so no photosensitivity), rosewood and rose. Balancing properties come about through ylang ylang and hyssop.
Sesquiterpenes are compounds that stimulate the hypothalamus, pituitary and amygdala (the brain’s control centre for emotions and hormone release). White Angelica™ includes two oils high in these compounds — myrrh (one of the oils referenced throughout ancient scripture) and sandalwood (likewise, and esteemed as a meditation aid).
Geranium, spruce, melissa and angelica help with calming and releasing negative memories and emotional blocks.
And if your tummy churns when you’re anxious, the coriander essential oil included along with these other ‘feelings’ oils can help counter that. How very practical !
This will also connect you up with The Good Oil Team for our personal support and coaching. We'd love to help you on your journey to vibrant well-being the natural way!
