Do you hear this a lot ?
When people know you are ‘into’ wellbeing-related things, like essential oils, they love asking for suggestions as to what might be a ‘good oil’ to try for a particular issue they are having. It might be as simple as having stubbed a toe — or a more complex concern.
And here’s what I’ve found: it’s infinitely wiser to teach people to fish rather than giving them a fish. It empowers people. And this course of action is also respectful of the regulations in place for complementary healthcare products which fall under many different classifications and jurisdictions.
Being accountable for educating ourselves simplifies something that otherwise has the potential to become very complicated.
There’s a vast wealth of information, research and science out there along with the many metaphysical thought and belief systems that can all give us valuable tools for maintaining health and wellness as naturally as we can.

If this all sounds like too much hard work, then at the very least, find a reference book to look things up. As long as you’re following safe guidelines for using essential oils, you can’t make a mistake. But having a reliable encyclopedia and reading up on oils will help you choose the most effective oil for the job.
Diffuse some peppermint essential oil or a blend of peppermint and rosemary to help create a state of relaxed concentration while you’re reading. PS: These essential oils make great gifts for the students in your life of all ages !
