Diffuse authentic essential oils of peppermint and grapefruit for a revitalising and energising lift while working out.

If you’re targeting your hips, thighs and buttocks in your exercise regime, grapefruit diluted in a good quality carrier oil makes a stimulating follow-up massage oil to apply regularly. Great ones to start with are jojoba, coconut or Young Living V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex (especially formulated for a naturally long shelf life). Please note: grapefruit essential oil is photosensitive, so only apply to areas that will not be exposed to sunlight or UV light within 24 hours or so.
