Easy Ways With Essential Oils on the Go

We live in a mobile world.  From portable devices to portable jobs and online shopping, most of us expect ease and simplicity and the ability to do lots of things while on the go.

I’ve tried to dig my heels in and stem the tide – slow food, minimal social media, growing my own fruit and veges and composting – all things that help mindfulness and a sense of calm.  But reluctantly I accept that in today’ norm, sometimes it can compound stress when you try to resist doing any time-savers on the go.  There are some things I can happily embrace in that way, and using essential oils is one of them.

Don’t get me wrong: I love using oils at home where I can relax and unwind, put on diffusers throughout the house, give myself a Young Living Valor® balance on my feet while listening to soft music and taking my time about it all.  But when I’m out and about, I want to find easy ways of enjoying the benefits of essential oils that don’t require a quiet spot to sit for a while.

So I’ve put together a list of my Easy Ways with Essential Oils on the Run in hopes you find some of them handy for yourself and your family.  Onwards.

Young Living Essential Oil Roll-ons
