Lost your voice ? Dilute a drop of authentic eucalyptus globulus essential oil with pure carrier oil and smooth onto your throat and back of neck to soothe.
It’s also a lovely relaxing feeling to put a drop in your palms, smooth together then cup over your nose and inhale several times a day. And you might like to add a few drops of eucalyptus globulus or radiata to a bowl of just-boiled water. Put your face over it, drape a towel over your head to create a snug cocoon and enjoy inhaling its fresh vapours.
