Tired head? Try a drop of authentic peppermint essential oil on the back of your neck. Close your eyes and inhale the oil from your hands. Alternate with lavender.
If your head feels out of sorts it can take some experimenting to find an essential oil that eases things. Oils known for calming, cooling and soothing are great ones to try. If symptoms persist, get it checked out thoroughly.
