We’ve talked about the value of rehydrating and setting up your digestion for the day with a glass of warm water and lemon juice.
Once you’ve replenished fluids and set things on a good course, plumping up your antioxidants for the day ahead is a great idea.
You can do this with a variety of foods and fruits. But I confess, I like to find the easy way around doing things. {Some might call it ‘lazy’. I prefer to think of it as ‘smart’.}
And I’m fussy and know if I was trying to juice something up myself, I’d spend a lot of time chasing ingredients and cleaning up afterwards every morning. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather use that time writing, helping out The Good Oil Team members, getting out and about for a walk – and watching funny cat videos.
So instead, I drink NingXia Red.
Its key ingredient is whole Ningxia wolfberry puree. NingXia Wolfberries {Lycium barbarum} are one of those ‘legendary’ ingredients, having been respected for centuries for their vitality and overall benefits from top-to-toe and incredibly nutrient-dense. NingXia Red is an easy way to get pure, premium Ningxia wolfberries and experience natural, sustained support for energy without the crashes and harmful side effects of typical energy drinks.
That alone would make it appealing, but it’s boosted with other superfruits: blueberry, aronia, cherry, pomegranate, and plum juices. Sweetened with a little natural stevia extract, further plumped up with grape seed extract, pure vanilla extract, and orange, yuzu, lemon, and tangerine essential oils. {The essential oils would likely be a secret ingredient if they were allowed to say ‘and our secret ingredient’ on the label.}
How much do you drink each day?
Being a juice, not a supplement, it’s not hard and fast. Go easy on it and start with the minimum suggested serving of 1-2 ounces {30 to 60 mL / one or two shot glasses} a couple of times a day.
I have one between my warm lemon water and breakfast, then another late morning. You might rather have one later in the day to prevent a mid-afternoon slump. If I have a serving of NingXia Red too late in the day, my energy can still be motoring along when I’m wanting to go to bed – handy if you’re planning a late night, not so convenient if you were wanting to get some early shut-eye. See what works for you. {Click here to find out how to access NingXia Red.}
This will also connect you up with The Good Oil Team for our personal support and coaching. We'd love to help you on your journey to vibrant well-being the natural way!
