Let’s do a tummy check right now: is it relaxed and comfie or tied up in knots?

- Diffusing (any time, but especially around meal times to help create a relaxing vibe that encourages you to eat slowly and savour your meals and feel at ease)
- Topical application to your chest, tummy and wrists (from our experience, most people seem fine using it undiluted but as always, please test your own skin’s sensitivity to this blend and dilute as needed)
- Apply topically as a companion oil to complement Young Living ComforCleanse Capsules™ (a combination of the essential oils of German chamomile, mandarin, copaiba, fennel, peppermint, anise, rosemary, ginger with a number of herbs to assist with constipation)
