I love seeing the experience of using essential oils as a voyage of discovery. One of the first purchases I urge you to make when you start incorporating oils into your daily life is an excellent text book on the subject. Don’t stop at one, but please at least start with one.
When you order a blend, look at the single oils included in it. Research them and you’ll get ideas for other ways they can be used in your daily life in addition to what the blend name suggests.
For sure, it’s great to target specific things with them and part of the beauty of blends is that the guesswork has been taken out of it for you by an expert authority in essential oils, particularly in the case of Gary Young and Young Living.
But especially in the early days when you’re still building your oils repertoire, and also when you are travelling and need to keep things streamlined, look for ways to have your blends multi-tasking.
