Rub 2-3 drops of authentic ginger essential oil between your palms, cup hands over your nose and inhale as needed.
Some say they’ve also had great results from diluting a couple of drops with an equal quantity of pure carrier oil then applying behind each ear and over the navel a few times each hour.
