Come winter, do you feel like bears are your kinfolk?  I do! It’s all about hibernation!

Young Living R.C.™ –  wonderful for refreshing the air in a stuffy environment, with a crisp, lemony fragrance.  This also makes for a relaxing chest rub or body massage.  Blend several drops with a nurturing pure carrier oil like Young Living V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Complex, sweet almond or jojoba. If you’re in the mood for a ‘steam tent’ with a bowl of very warm water and towel over your head, a couple of drops of R.C.™ in the water makes a comforting addition, rich in such oils as eucalyptus (it contains three different kinds: globulus, radiata and citriodora), myrtle, pine, to name but a few.
